    Shipping & Delivery
    Orders ship within 14 business days of the order being placed. All items are lovingly poured and adored by hand using the highest quality processes and ingredients. You will smell and feel the difference right away. 
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. You can review the shipping options and rates prior to placing your order by going to your shopping cart and Estimate Shipping Costs section. All options that appear under the heading 'Canada Post' are available to your location.
    We ship all orders through Canada Post and tracking is available for all shipping methods unless otherwise specified. Please note that the estimated delivery times are from when your order has shipped

    Small Packet Air: 2-3 weeks (No tracking available)

    Small Packet International Air: 4-6 weeks (No tracking available)
    Tracked Packet International: 4-6 weeks
    International Parcel Surface: *May take up to 3 months

    Viewing & Tracking Orders
    You may log into your account to check the status of pending orders and view previous orders. If you cannot find your tracking number do email us at
    **Please note – If you did not log into your Living Libations customer account to place your order you will not be able to log into your account to check the status of your order.
    Hitches, Glitches, and Complications
    If there are any issues with your order or delivery please notify Client Care within 48 hours of receipt by phone or e-mail.
    Changes to your Order
    We understand that people change their minds about what they want and that is not a problem for us, though it occasionally causes snafus and delays in shipping. If you do change your mind, please contact Client Care quickly so that we may accommodate your request.

    Once your order has shipped we are unable to add new items or combine separate orders.
    Canceling Orders
    If you need to cancel an order, please contact Client Care immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is filled. Of course, once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel it.
    Returns & Replacements
    We take your purchases seriously and we encourage you to do so, too. We would love to answer any question you have on a Libation before you purchase it (and after!). Due to the energetic and consumable nature of Libations, all purchases are final.
    Every product is made to order to provide maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds.
    Living Libations is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the caliber and integrity of every ingredient and product we craft, and we share all product ingredients on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping. In the rare case of a reaction, please contact a customer care representative for dilution tips and creative alternatives for product use, however refunds will not be issued.
    Payment, Pricing & Promotions
    PayPal, cheques (once received and deposited), money orders (once received), and Visa and MasterCard are all accepted methods of payment.
    It is our pleasure to observe fair trade and fair wage practices and we request that you do, too. All goods remain the property of Living Libations until they are paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any unpaid monies sixty days from the date of order.
    Our promotions and discounts are not retroactive, and we though our promotional products often sell out quickly we cannot give rain-checks.
    Disclaimers and Limitations
    We strive to provide accurate and current information on our products and essential oil profiles. Your health is in your hands; it is up to you to verify the data and application.
    Our products are designed to be beneficial and safe when used in the manner intended according to instructions. A client's actual use of our products is beyond our control so it is the client's responsibility to determine the suitability of the products, to use the products appropriately, and to ensure their safe use by those who come in contact with them. We are not liable for incidences connected to the use or misuse of our products.
    The FDA and Health Canada have not evaluated the statements on our website. We are not doctors and we make no claims about the medicinal value of our products. Libations products and single essential oils are not substitutes for necessary medical care and prescription medications. Our references to the health benefits of our products cannot replace professional diagnosis and astute medical advice.
    If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your trusted health-care practitioner or doctor before using botanical oils.
    Pregnant women, children, and the frail should exercise caution when using essential oils.
    Privacy is a beautiful thing, and we are committed to protecting yours. Only authorized employees within Living Libations view or use the information collected from our clients. Your credit card information is totally secure through our website and cannot be viewed.
    Your information is confidential. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent to you will correspond with our agreed services and products.
