Herbaceous Hyssop decumbens essence has a honey-laced, hint of mint, slightly stringent scent. Unlike Hyssopus officinalis, which contains strong ketones, Hyssop decumbens is a milder variety that is also robust yet gentle enough to use on the skin and in oral care.
